Andrew Landolfi

With over 17 years of experience in the industry and having built up his career from serving as a site superintendent and a project manager, Andrew’s passion for construction is evident across all the projects that he has managed. From condominiums to townhomes, no Mid-Rise/High-Rise residential build is too challenging for Andrew to tackle. In fact, he thrives on being able to create, enforce, and follow a project’s overall schedule while handling any possible upgrades or changes. And this is in addition to conducting an in-depth budget review to ensure that each project is completed within budget and on time. Andrew’s unique set of experiences and knowledge allows him to have keen insights to manage all aspects of development in complex, intricate projects.

When he’s not devoting his time leading our high-rise team, Andrew enjoys working out in the gym to maintain good physical and mental health, riding his motorcycle, visiting new places to learn about the culture and history, and being outdoors. He’s also a huge Formula One fan!
