2026 CoStar Impact Awards Commercial Development of the Year – 30 Labourers Way

We’re thrilled to announce that 30 Labourers Way in Vaughan has been awarded the 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Commercial Development of the Year as voted by a panel of industry professionals.

Located in Vaughan’s Enterprise Zone (VEZ), 30 Labourers Way features a 418,000 sq. ft. project in collaboration with Fengate Asset Management and LiUNA. This industrial development consists of high-efficiency LED lighting throughout and is constructed with modern building envelope materials, offering the best insulation for energy cost savings and sustainability benefits.
