At the heart of everything that we do at Ingenuity is building a collaborative relationship with our client centered on trust and being vigilant on all the details that are integral to each stage of a project. Having partnered with Fengate Asset Management on over a hundred projects, Oak West Corporate Centre set a new bar and we were delighted to work on both Phase I and II of this business park development.
The scope of this modern flex office and industrial space required a multi-year development plan and also multiple construction phases. Working closely with the Fengate team while keeping their market research, building needs, and goals in mind, we were able to navigate various challenges (i.e., unfavourable soil conditions) to transform what was once merely plots of barren land into beautiful, functional business parks for the tenants that will occupy this space.
As construction transitioned from exterior to interior, we continued to collaborate with the Fengate team and extended our relationship-building to their clients – the tenants. We ensured that the work of the interior fit-outs represented our shared values of high standards and quality craftsmanship.
