A lobby generally gets you from A to B. Done well, it can colour the way you feel about B when you get there. In this case, we transformed a dark lobby from a utilitarian pass-through to a space where people can meet, socialize and work.
Working with Fengate, our team set an airy, inviting tone for the building and its tenants. Gypsum board wall panels, floating linear lights, glass details and a clean palette combined to create a bright, inviting space.
The designer found a few existing elements were worth keeping. Our technical was to ensure proper preservation of these elements and marry them with new finishes seamlessly.
The result is a lobby guests notice.
