Ahmed’s leadership encourages communication, collaboration, and relationship-building amongst staff. He thrives on developing and implementing initiatives, programs, and policies that impact the work environment in a positive way. Besides being highly motivated, having great listening skills and empathy is what sets Ahmed apart.

When he’s not devoting his time leading the HR function at Ingenuity, Ahmed is an avid soccer player and fan. He also has a passion for travelling the world and hiking across rugged mountainous landscapes.
