LEED Silver Certification Achieved at 315 & 325 Allendale in Cambridge

We are proud to announce that our 315 & 325 Allendale (Buildings A & B) project in Cambridge, Ontario has achieved LEED® Silver certification.

This development by Fengate Asset Management consists of two modern industrial buildings that span more than 463,000 square feet.

With high-efficiency heating systems, a highly insulated envelope, low embodied carbon building materials, and LED light fixtures throughout the open concept layout, the project reflects Ingenuity’s continued commitment to delivering industrial spaces that are sustainable, equipped for strong performance, and provide long-term value to our partners and clients.

The buildings were designed to significantly outperform the building’s minimum energy model requirements and constructed with sustainability in mind for carbon zero readiness; i.e., future solar array and ERV & VRF structurally ready.
