2025 Leaders in Safety Day – Distinguished Achievement Award

We’re honoured to share the news that Ingenuity Development Inc. has been awarded the certificate for Distinguished Achievement in Health & Safety for achieving a Zero Lost Time Injury by the Ontario General Contractors Association (OGCA).

Ahmed and Ramon, our team members overseeing Health & Safety, were present to receive the award. At Ingenuity, the safety of all our workers always comes first. We’ll continue our commitment in being a leader in health and safety at our office and across all our project sites to ensure that everyone can return home safely to their loved ones at the end of the workday.

Currently, we are a member of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) Health and Safety Excellence Program. This program provides a great opportunity to maintain and improve our health and safety record on an ongoing basis while building a stronger health and safety culture in our workplace. There are a number of specific areas of health and safety covered by the program where a WSIB-approved health and safety provider can assist you to develop the necessary policies and implementation plans to protect your business and make work safer for your team. In the long run, not only does the program help you keep safety top of mind and reduce the chance of injuries and illnesses, but it also saves you money when you earn rebates on your WSIB premiums.
