We’re excited to share the Timelapse Video of the completion of Bronte Creek Corporate Centre!

We teamed up with LiUNA, Fengate Asset Management, and Turner Fleischer for another successful collaboration on a significant 230,000 ft2 industrial project located at 1213 International Blvd. in Burlington, Ontario. This building offers 36′ vertical clearance, 40 loading docks, and 304 parking spaces along with LED lighting, ready to create employment opportunities for the growing local business community and enhance the local economy as businesses move into this modern and efficient industrial space. We worked on the interior of this industrial space as well for the tenants, who excitedly move into their new homes for their businesses this past February and May.⁣
