We love supporting the good work that organizations do in our communities. Monarch House was established in 2009 in British Columbia as an interdisciplinary treatment centre for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. They’ve since expanded to Alberta and multiple locations in Ontario. Their team was looking to service a new community at Leaside and that’s where we stepped in.

Located on the 2nd floor at 25 Industrial Street, we collaborated with the Monarch House team to review the floor plan and recommended how to best maximize the square footage per workspace to effectively use the 1,300 square feet to construct a waiting area, 3 treatment rooms, an office, and a staff room. Construction took place over the course of 8 weeks.
