Walker Industries
We get excited when we work with a client where we just hit it off right away. Walker Industries is such an example. They were looking to turn a vacant space into a modern, high-end office and we had been working nearby to expand the Oak West Corporate Centre. Being a construction materials and services firm, Walker Industries has in-depth knowledge of the types of quality materials to use in a build and cares deeply about getting the details right. We listened and we delivered.
Two highlights of this new space were the knock-out feature walls: one with a sprawling 14-foot high wall of flowers and greenery to inject nature into the office and enhance the overall atmosphere, and a stone wall in their boardroom using stones purchased directly from the client to showcase their humble beginnings in 1887 with a single quarry. Incorporating the stone products was obviously a profoundly meaningful design for the company and an essential part of their brand identity. The Ingenuity team really wanted to honour that and the client loved the results.
Despite the COVID-19 restrictions during the course of construction, our team is always ready to problem solve and work around any challenges that arise so that we overcome the obstacles while keeping our clients safe and satisfied.
